Clinic Announcement

I (Casey) wish to inform you that the clinic is temporarily closed as I am currently on maternity leave. 

I appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. 


During this period, I will continue to monitor and respond to emails, although replies may take a little longer than usual. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated


Further updates regarding the re-opening date will be provided in due course.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointments cancelled without 24hrs notice, including non-attendance of appointments, will incur the full charge for the treatment (including proposed travel costs if a home visits). 


The notice required is by 9am the day before the appointment is due to go ahead. This does not include weekends. Cancellation for a Monday appointment is required by 9am on the Friday the week before, otherwise a full charge as above will be incurred. 


Re-scheduling your appointment can be completed 24hrs notice prior to your original appointment with no full charge of the appointment. The notice required is by 9am the day before the appointment and this does not include weekends. Otherwise, a full charge will be incurred.


If you arrive late to a clinic appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your appointment time appropriately.

FACILITIES AND ACCESSIBILITY

STRYDE is lucky to be located in the heart of Grimsby with a variety of public transport serving in the area such as a bus stop, Grimsby docks train stop and located just off the a180 and M180 for vehicles outside of Grimsby. 


STRYDE is located in FOSSE Water Treatment building and upon entry you enter into STRYDE's waiting area all on the ground floor. Please take a seat and Casey will greet you into the clinic room for your appointment. 


Car parking - We have one designated car spot at the front of the building and free car parking around the corner down opposite Cleethorpe road. For more information please call or email us on this.


Unfortunately we do not have a toilet here at STRYDE. The building at FOSSE Water Treatment does have a toilet upstairs if required but does not have disabled access. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. 


We have two fire exits within the building which have been labelled to direct you (one at the front of the building and one in the rear) in case of an emergency. 

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

When booking your appointment with STRYDE we will require a quick reason as to why you're booking with us today, there is an example. This will give our Physiotherapist a better insight prior to your appointment in case we need to call you prior for further information to your appointment.


A booking confirmation will be sent at the time of booking a session this will detail the practitioner and the clinic details as well as the time and date via email.


You will also receive a reminder email and SMS two days before your session. 


During your first consultation the physiotherapist will give you information about what to expect and the process leading to diagnosis and your treatment plan.
